Terms and Conditions





Quotations are free and provided without obligation and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. The Company reserves the right to adjust unconfirmed quotations beyond 14 days if suppliers' costs increase.





All menus are subject to availability and change without notice.



Allergy Notice


We happily cater for special dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten, wheat, dairy and nut free. However we cannot guarantee that our ingredients have been prepared in a nut free environment. Please ensure we are aware of your special requests as early as possible.



Payment Terms


A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking and then the balance will be due 7 days prior to the event. Final numbers are requested 7 days in advance, but can be accepted up to 3 days before in exceptional circumstances.



Minimum Numbers


Minimum order is 20 persons however smaller numbers can be catered for on occasions but may incur a surcharge please ask for details.



Crockery / Glass / Linen Hire


The client is responsible for hired equipment during the course of the Event and any broken, lost or damaged equipment/linen will be charged at full replacement costs. A deposit will be required which will be fully refundable in the event of no damage.



Delivery Charges


Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of CM21 otherwise mileage is charged as follows:


6-10 miles - 15

11-20 miles - 25

over 21 miles price on application


We endeavour to deliver all your Event requirements at an agreed time but cannot be held responsible for adverse weather/traffic conditions or vehicle breakdowns outside of our control, leading to delayed deliveries.



Health and Safety


Once the food has been delivered, responsibility for keeping the food in a refrigerated state falls to the client. Please ask for advice if you require further information regarding the storage, consumption or reheating of all food.

Health and hygiene laws recommend that cold food should be left out of refrigeration for no longer than 4 hours and hot food no longer than 2 hours.

We reserve the right if we feel necessary to remove any uneaten food at the end of your event (or when we leave a staffed event) in order to prevent cases of food poisoning caused by the inappropriate storage of food. 


To help prevent the spread of infection we advise our clients to ask their guests who have recently suffered (or are continuing to suffer) from sickness to avoid attending their event.  Norovirus and other infections are easily spread through touching food, and where lots of people gather in a close environment.

We confirm that we have and will maintain at all times adequate Public Liability Insurance.
